FRG built refrigerated cargo vessels


LIST OF VESSELS 


 Between 1963 and 1969 various west German yards built 22 similar reefers. Six of them were built in Emden for USSR - "Veter" type, and other for German company W. Bruns & Co. In 1965 and 1966 USSR bought  two German vessels of this design and renamed "Tsiklon", "Uragan". Also in 1975 USSR bought two German reefers of this design and renamed "Dnestrovskiy Liman", "Dneprovskiy Liman". All of these vessels had similar dimensions and the same main engines.
Purpose of the vessel:     - receiving of frozen fish from fishing vessels by contact method in sea, transport of received cargo to port
