 Project 13031 is modernization of design 13030.  In total 6 units were built in Blagoveshchensk and Khabarovsk. Two of them were completed as fishery protection vessels. One vessel was not completed and stuck up on shipyard for many years.
Purpose of the vessel:     - ground long-line fishing, trawl fishing, seine net fishing, Danish seine fishing
    - production of frozen fish, crab, shrimp
    - transport of processed cargo to port
